I ordered SpaceMouse Wireless, order number 3DOUS122601.
Order was placed on 11/28/2025 and got stuck in "processing".
On 12/09/2025 the order was finally shipped.
It got delivered on 12/15/2025 and the same day I realized that SpaceMouse doesn't fit my workflow.
Luckily, 3Dconnexion has a 30 day return policy. I thought there would be no problem getting my order returned. Well, I was wrong.
I requested a return the very same day, on 12/15/2025. I got automated reply "We will get back to you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return within the next 1-2 working days."
No one actually replied back to me.
4 working days later, on on 12/19/2025 I used "Contact Us" form on the website asking to process my return request. I got another automated reply "We are processing your request and will contact you shortly."
No one responded.
On 12/22/2025 I started looking for other ways to contact anyone in 3dconnexion and found a support phone number on this Forum: (888) 847-4670.
I tried calling it and of course "all operators are currently busy, but you can leave a voice mail and we'll call you back shortly". Left the voicemail.
No one called me back.
Today, on 12/23/2025 I called again with the intention to hold on the line to finally get to someone from the support, but after holding for a few minutes I got "press 1 to leave a message, press 0 to wait" and after pressing 0 I got pre-recorded message that there is no one to take my call and connection just drops with no option of waiting.
This level of support is abysmal. No one ever replies.
How can I actually return my 3dconnextion order?
As a next step, I'm trying this Forum. If I get no meaningful resolution this way, I guess the only remaining solution I have is filing a chargeback.

Any update on your situation? I placed an order on 11/29/2025 and it still shows 'processing', but of course they've charged my credit card. Can't get any response out of them on status.

No one from 3dconnexion ever reached out to me despite my numerous attempts to contact them. I filed chargeback through my credit card bank and am waiting for the decision. Overall, horrible experience. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
