In Blender, there is a "lock horizon" setting to prevent the view from rotating around the z-axis, but I don't find a similar setting for other applications, such as ZBrush or Substance Painter. I wonder if there is a global setting on the Space Mouse side to achieve this effect so that the experience across different applications remains consistent. Thanks!

I am also horizon locked only user.

Yes, Blender has that Setting.
In Vectorworks there is no setting but at least horizon still locked.
Bricscad had once too. But since the 3D Mouse support is abandoned, no more ... hardly usable.

So it would be great to have all important Settings from the driver side.
