Macros - old format and new macro editor

Post by Magic Man »

I'm using the latest software but, when I create a named macro that is effectively a keyboard shortcut, I still get both the named macro and the keyboard press created as separate macros. When I click to edit the keyboard press macro I get the popup error "This function is no longer available for macros in the old format. Please use the new macro editor"

Why is this still a thing? Why am I still seeing the old style macros being listed in the box and being told they are old rather than just listing the new named macros which basically point to them?
