3dconneciton mouse - Working Ability just like sleeping after some time

When i use catia program at the beginning of using program that i opened computer new it is working good. After 3-5 minutes later mouse's activities are not good when i make design. Think about mouse is making vacuum the design with a hand and catching solid data very tightened but after a feedback minutes just like this hand not holding this dad data tightened just like willdown from my hand to down. I mean this vacuum effect is finishing.
I made also update driver.
If there is a chance could you share with me the performance adjustments during with catia program if there is any adjustment. Catia and windows all program are official.

I sed 3Dconnexion Firmware Update and then used "3DxFlash_v2-15-5_r21536.exe" program. It worked before but now sam problem is continue.

Could you please disable USB Selective Suspend to Improve Mouse Performance. You may require administrative rights.

Open the Windows settings Edit Power Plan, e.g. from the Windows Start menu.
Click Change advanced plan settings next to the active power plan.

In the Advanced settings, scroll down the list of options and expand USB selective suspend setting.

For both, On battery and Plugged in modes, set the option to Disabled.
Click Apply and then OK to save your changes.

I open any new ideas please help me. I have 3 3dconnection mouses but same problems are continue
