Hi, I've tried to create an account on the website, but once I've entered my info, I don't get a confirmation email. I've tried multiple times with different email addresses. If I try to login in it states " That email is not registered in our system." When I entered my info for the account and hit submit, a box popped up and stated "Your account hasn't been activated yet. Request a new activation email by using the reset password link." I'm not sure where the reset password link would be. I also did not receive a confirmation email once a entered my info for the registration.

I have the same issue, I've recently bought a new mouse and wanted to register it but upon making the account, I did not receive the activation email even though I have try sending it multiple times over the week, I also check my junk. I tried creating a second account which also have the same result of not being able to receive the email activation. I would love to contact the technical support about this issue, but I can't as I need to be logged in order to contact the support team but I can't log in due to not being able to activate the account.
