Spacemouse Pro Enterprise BT - 3 out of 4 Buttons Not Working

3DxMacCore version 1.4.3.608 (608)
3DxWare version 10.8.12 (3901)

Firmware 5.05


Button 1 works

Buttons 2,3,4 do not work whatsoever.
All other buttons work.

Affects all applications. Resetting defaults does nothing
Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.
