Can't install latest driver

Try to install the latest driver, it's ask me to uninstall the old version (10.6.5),but I can't uninstall that.
It shows C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\Professional\RunTime\09\01\Intel32\ctor.dll got problem
