I've submitted a ticket for this, but maybe someone here can help out quicker. Sorry if this is a duplicate.
Just received by Space Wireless and CadMouse Compact Wireless combo.
1/ Impossible to get them working with the provided dongle. As soon as the 3dconnection drivers load, both devices stop working; they are not correctly recognised in the 3Dconnection system settings extension. E.g. the battery level is not shown.
2/ In bluetooth mode, both devices are recognised including battery level. The CadMouse seem to be OK, But the SpaceMouse does not work. Only the two side buttons work, but not the puck.
As mentioned, at system startup, before the drivers load, basic functionality works (E.g. the puck moved the pointer). But as soon as the drivers are loaded, it's over.
Tried several installs/unistalls to no avail.
Neither Claude nor Gemini were able to find a solution for me. This is an expensive paperweight...
MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1, 3dconnection drivers 3DxWareMac_V10-8-12_r3901.
What can I do ?

Re: SpaceMouse Wiresless not working under MacOS 26.5.1
I have the same problem. I purchased my space mouse a few months ago. The wireless dongle never worked. Bluetooth does. I was in the process of opening a support case but couldn’t find the serial number. Gave up. The dongle should perform better too.
It annoying the 3dConnexion doesn’t offer a USB-C dongle — to vent some more.
Please share if you get the dongle issue resolved.
