Reply not possible

I tried to reply to the post:
"Z-Axis Does not function properly on a new SpaceNavigator"
but hitting the reply button just gets me up a level, not that my post was going to be so meaningful but it's a bit lame for the guy if nobody can respond, after he was already let down by support.

I was just going to say to him that he should mention the OS he used, and that his device sounds busted and he should just return it.
