Sold PE edition but paid for SE

Hi. How do I get the support that my seller advised me I will receive because I paid the SE price. They shipped me a unit that is marked on the box as PE and I can't see any way to register this and receive support if I need it?

If I can't then I will demand a refund and a replacement as this will be used in a commercial environment.

I got a reply from 3DConnection. Seems as long as I have proof of purchase I can download the correct driver and use that!.

This can/will lead to problems if you contact technical support by Phone or EMail because your SpaceNavigator is for home/educational use only.
