SN Joystick stops working with Solidworks 2009

I recently installed both Solidworks 2009 and my new SpaceNavigator PE on my new computer and it worked flawlessly for a few days and now the only thing that works are my buttons, rotating, zooming, etc no longer work. Under 3DControl in SW, both Pan/Zoom and Tilt/Spin/Roll are checked and the driver shows"3DXWare for Solidworks". I have looked through all the posts and can't finding anything, please HELP!

I would recommend a clean install as descibed here.
