Solidworks 2009 and Spacepilot

Post by BSCSpener »

Hello, we have a Spacepilot that will occasionally begin slowly rotating a solidworks drawing without anyone using the device. You can lock the rotation, but when you unlock it, it begins slowly spinning again. If we reboot the PC, the spacepilot works normal for a bit, then back to the spinning.

Thanks.

Go to start,
Program files
3dconnexion
3dconnexion 3dxware
Click on show 3dxware control panel
Make sure nothing is touching the device.
Under Device configuration click on calibrate
click ok
The calibrate works behind the scene
Now see if the movement has stopped in Solidworks.
