Undo not working in Pro-Engineer

The undo feature in Pro-E is not working when the 3dconnexion software is installed. If I disable the protk.dat file, then undo works, however the buttons I have assigned do not.

We are running Wildfire 4.0 M092.

Has anyone found a workaround for this that doesn't involve disabling the use of the buttons.

Hi Sparxhawk,

the issue you describe is a known issue and unfortunately can only be fixed by PTC. If you contact PTC and open a ticket there maybe that would help to push this issue. Internally we track this issue with number #4836.

Could you elaborate more on what PTC must fix in order for the devices to work correctly?
Or else give me the contact information for someone that PTC may contact to try and resolve this issue.

I would like to include this information in the ticket that I submit to PTC.
