Hi All,
I've just bought a brand new spacepilot and unfortunately there is a problem with the navigation puck in the spin and tilt dimension. The spin speed anti-clockwise and tilt speed towards myself are much slower than in the opposite direction. Of the order of ten times slower. I've tried calibrating and also different settings without success.
I have a spacepilot at work which I use on a daily basis, so the issue was immediately evident. In this state navigation is very difficult.
I just wanted to make sure there were no tricks to fix this before I post it back, any ideas?
Slow spin and tilt in one direction

No luck, I'm not using a hub and I've tried different ports, even a different PC.
I'm running NX3 and Catia. The problem is also noticeable in all the demos, especially Chicken demo where at max speed, the head will spin approx 210 degrees clockwise but only ~160 degrees anti-clockwise.
I think I've ruled everything out, it must be down to the hardware itself.
