Number eight always shows up as smiley face on the forum????

This is a test. It seems that any numerical eight character I type in this forum shows up as a smiley face. See below...

it's not just number eight, but number eight together with brackets/parantheses. This makes the cool smiley

...

You can turn off the smilies in a post if this bothers you. Or just put a space between the 8 and the ).
