Solidworks Next/Previous Configuration

Post by Blenders »

I am testdriving a Space Explorer. I have the software installed etc and went to start setting up button configs. I see in the '3Dcontrol' menu in solidworks (2007 SP5) that there are next config and prev config options which I can map to buttons. These, however, are greyed out. I was hoping to be able to set up the explorer so that when I use 1 and 2 I move through configs so I can use the other buttons for multiple hotkeys. Any advice is appreciated.

Blenders,
You should be testing a SpacePilot.
This has the Config button preprogrammed in to switch between configs.
THe Navigator and Explorer donot have this option.

Ahh I see, its a marketing gimmik, show you what you dont have that the more expensive model does. Thankfully you can use AutoHotkey to work around this.
