Hello All,
In our environment, the technicans have 2-4 computers at their desk. They have one keyboard and one mouse, but have one monitor for each computer. We use a program called Input Director to allow them to direct the input from the mouse and keyboard to the desired computer. The user sets the focus by moving the mouse pointer off the edge of the screen, focus is then shifted to computer configured to be that edge of the screen.
I would like to do the same thing with the Space Pilot. Have it hooked to one computer and send the input to the different systems based on the focus.
Any existing solutions? Any ideas at how to implement?
Thanks

'Input Director' Support
Dear DERoberts,
I would contact your 'Input Director' Support. What do the mouse and keyboard plug into? We have no such products.
Sincerely,
Bryan

Thanks for the quick response.
The Input Director(see link in orginal post) is software that runs on all of the systems shared by one technician.
The mouse and keyboard plug into the system (usb ports) on the computer that is configured to be the master. I would plug the SpacePilot into a usb port on this system as well.
I didn't expect 3DConnexion to have a device (i.e. hardware). I am looking for a software solution for re-directing the input from the SpacePilot to a different computer.
