CATIA V6R2009

I have searched the forum but I couldn't find any information therefore I'm creating this new topic.

I have a Space Navigator PE and I'm using CATIA V6R2009 on my laptop (Vista 64bit). The problem is that I can't use my SNav with CATIA.

Does the SNav support CATIA V6R2009 or am I doing something wrong?

Please help.

Hi Airthan,

did you check our knowledge base? There is a recommendation to check the firewall settings.

Another possibility might be a system environment variable that could block. Please read this article.

I've just turned off Norton and it's working! (:
It works very fine.
