Request for AutoCad Lt support

Post by skell »

I would like to see space explorer support for AutoCad LT 2010. of course it would have no 3d use, but for hot keys and pan zoom it would be wonderful.

Thanks,

-Tony

Hello Hayden,
  • what version of AutoCAD are you using?
Which driver version did you install?
When does the freeze happen? Right after you launche AutoCAD or after a while when you were using it a while?
Is there any special action you do just right before the freeze happens?

Auto CAD Lt 2011
Latest driver
If I have the driver running when opening Auto CAD it makes Auto CAD go really slow. I uninstalled all drivers apart from Solid works and the trainer one.
If I am using Auto CAD and touch the 3D mouse it seems to be trying to do some command and goes really slow and sometimes crashes.
Cheers,

Hayden

Hi bagsas,

we do not provide an addin anymore for AutoCAD since version 2011 because Autodesk integrated the support for the 3D mouse directly into AutoCAD.

Since no addin is needed anymore there is now support in AutoCAD 2011, too. But this means that the support from Autodesk is now the right contact point for your problem. Please address this issue with the AutoCAD support as it is very important for Autodesk to get feedback from the customer.

Let us know your experience.
