Catia V5R19 and SpacePilot button settings Please Help NOOB

Hi I am learning Catia ( solidworks experience) cool new gig has all the toys :D I have a SpacePilot and have only used a wheel mouse before.

Can anyone recommend a good set of button configurations to start with?

I have so much to learn and no time to learn it that any help would be greatly appreciated :?

I have the perfect new gig for a Pyro, helping with the design for a Fusion reactor :!: check out http://www.ITER.ORG to learn about it.
