hot swap / config not showing up

Hello all,

I use my pilot between 2 computers and have tried hot swapping several times, however upon plugging into my pc which is running my config does not show up and the device occasionally does not work . The unit lights up, pc says device found and ready to go, driver is running. i can start the control panel, but just see stock config 1 & 2. I'll have to restart to get everybody working again.

This is on a xp32 and a 7x64 respectively.

Dear mishikwest,

Hot swapping is not recommended. You may need to restart an application to give that application a chance to discover our device. Configurations change to the application that currently holds the Windows Focus.
