problem with upgrade spacenavigator SE from PE

when i chose "upgrade..." on the app menu, it take me to 3dconnecxion homepage. I try to find out where could i upgrade but i couldn't. Everytime i try to jump http://www.3dconnexion.com/snproupgrade it's alway take me back to homepage. So how could i upgrade to SE from PE?

No need to upgrade from PE to SE.
We now give full support for both devices
Go to our website and download the SpaceNavigator Driver.
You will no longer get prompted to upgrade.
