Using a SpaceExplorer 4.04 with 3DxWare 3.7.18 and Autodesk Inventor 2010 SP2. When switching between open windows in Inventor I will sometimes get long lags (3-5 secs) before the computer becomes reponsive again. With the Task Manager open I can see that it is the 3dxsrv.exe process using 25% CPU (100% in reality as it's a 4 core machine). When the CPU usage drops then Inventor will become responsive again.
Anyone noticed this is any other apps?

SpaceExplorer & Inventor 2010 - Pauses switching windows
Dear robsinglehurst,
We have a newer driver version available, 3.9.0. What operating system are you using your SpaceExplorer with?
Sincerely,
Bryan

The more things change, the more they remain the same. ; ^ )

Thanks Bryan,
Is this an issue with these drivers or is it just somethign to try?
Here's my usual signature with hardware / software specs. I'm going to go down the root of updating nVidia graphics drivers and 3Dconnexion drivers next. I have updated the 3Dconnexion drivers relatively recently (a few months back) to try and cure the problem but I'll give it a go again.
