Problems about 3Ds 2010 Materials

Hi,
I have a problems about 3Ds 2010 materials.

i'm using the original version of 2010 3Ds max.
Use for few months is no problems.

Today, when i using the 3Ds max,
I found that i can't open my material. (material window)
even i press "M" or click on the icon, it didnt appear.
I make some setting on the UI, make it as default UI also useless.
I check for every single setting in 3Ds, it's helpless.

So, any1 can help me please ?
Please teach me how to re-open / recover / setting to open my material window.

without that 1 , I can't do my works...

you should address this with Autodesk the manufacturer of 3dsmax. We are 3Dconnexion, the manufacturer of the 3D mouse: SpacePilot PRO, SpacePilot, SpaceExplorer, SpaceNavigator and SpaceNavigator for Notebooks
