Expanded functionality - G19 Apps on Spacepilot Pro

Post by bobloadmire »

If you want a performance monitor, clock, or other apps that the logitech G19 has, install the G19 software and copy over all the apps to the LCD app directory of the spacepilot, they work just the same. Cheers.

Yep, they all play nicely together. Have the older G15 keyboard myself but also a G13 keypad and together with the SPP the lcd manager sees them all and, as you say, the apps that come for the G19 keyboard screen work fine on the SPP. Will have to upgrade to the G19...

You may want to copy/paste the apps from one directory structure to the other since the 3DConexxion install and Logitech install place things in their own directories etc. I think they do check for the existence of the other, at least, installing the Logitech stuff after the 3DConnexion install renamed the applets and it looks as though only one LCD manager etc. is running.

what i would like to know is how to change the arrangement of the app on the lcd, so my most used ones are at the top.

Can't remember now but aren't they alphabetical? Seem to remember the apps in the 3dconnexion install have numbers in front of them to enforce an ordering. Just rename them as you want.
