mapping spacenavigator to directional keys

I got space navigator to detect my applicaiton by creating the custome .scv, but i can't figure how to map the Pan to direction keys of a keyboard. can someone give me some advice?

This is ridiculously difficult to do with the current 3DxWare (6). The next version (7) supports this reasonably well. Keep an eye on 3DxLabs for announcements.

good to hear. Until then, I use Universal Cosmonaut to map arrow keys to 3dx devices. Both 3dx and UC driver are running, and the arrow keys you have mapped in the 3dx driver will be recognized by the software. You can map the arrow keys in UC, but they will be valid for every software, or you can create different mappings for each software, but I think it gets too complicated like this. I use UC only for rotation set to arrow left/right and for the 3dx device to recognize the software entirely (so that I can map buttons to arrow up/down, tab, enter, etc. if needed).

We have released 3DxWare 10 open beta.

This release includes keyboard, mouse and joystick emulation.
