Buttons not working?
Anyone have any trouble with buttons not working on a SpacePilot PRO right out of the box? My "up arrow" navigation and "-/+" button for speed control do not work. I'm running the latest drivers and have rebooted my machine. Has to be a hardware issue. I won this at a reseller event so I hope an exchange with them is easy enough.

you can get a replacement device directly from 3Dconnexion. But you have to contact the Technical Support Group. The guys there will do trouble shooting with you and if the device is not working properly they will initiate an RMA for you. Go to the Technical Support page, select your device and click "Search". You will see the contact details for our support group.
