Maya: No window found

I install SpaceNavigator PE with last drivers 3.11.3.
Untill Maya don't running, I can open standart Control Panel.

But when I run Maya (from 8 to 2011), and if I want open Control Panel for Maya, then I reseive maya' message No window found.

WinXP SP3 (x32)

I found and deside this problem in usersetup.mel - I delete unnecessary line from other plug-in.
