Space Pilot and NX6/NX7.5

Win7 Pro 64bit
Space Pilot Driver information:
Release Version: 3.12.2
(Driver Version: 6.12.0)
Firmware Version: 3.12
---------------------------

I have Siemens' NX 6 and NX7.5 installed on my computer. The 3DxNX drop-down menu/toolbar shows up when I have either version running.

However, when I am running NX6, the "Button Mapping Editor..." and the "Device Settings..." icons are grayed-out. They are active in NX7.5.

Is there a way to have them active in either application?

The 3DConnexion driver listed was installed this morning.

Hello Vikingbro

The steps in this Knowledgebase article explain what needs to done.

When there is more than one version of NX installed you will need to adjust the environment variables as shown in the Knowledgebase article for each NX installation so that it correctly points to the path for 3dxnx.dll. Environment variables are located on the Advanced tab in System Properties. When you re-start NX after modifying the Environment variables you should find the 3DxNX "Button Mapping Editor" and "Device Settings" no longer greyed out.

I have made the changes specified in that Knowledgebase article and it seems to have solved my problem!
