Spaceball 5000 with WIN 7 64bit and SolidWorks 2011?

Hi,
Anybody have any success with a SpaceBall 5000 serial in WIN 7 64bit using SolidWorks 2011? I just got a great deal on a brand new, in-the-box one, but we are now using WIN 7 64B and SolidWorks 2011 at work where I'd love to be able to use it.

Thanks for any help or advice...

Spaceball 5000 serial drivers only supported Win XP OS.
Support ended back in December 2006.
