Recently purchased a Space Explorer USB, and it seems to have an odd quirk. Whenever my mouse pointer is stationary over an item, I get a little popup label as in the picture below. Nothing unusual about this - but whenever one of those popup labels is on-screen, ProE becomes very sluggish to respond to my Space Explorer and movement becomes very choppy.
Since there are not many places onscreen where you can rest a mouse and not get one of these popups, it gets annoying quite quickly.
I thought I'd managed to turn them off, but now they're back and I can't remember what I did last time. Can anybody help?
