Did you install Solidworks to run as Administrator on Win 7?
If so please right click on the Solidworks icon choose properties
select compatibility, uncheck run as administrator at the bottom of the page save changes
reboot pc.
If you run applications as administrator any add-in will need the same proviledges.
If you dont want to change the way Solidworks runs.
You can locate the 3D driver in the startup folder, called Start 3DxWare
right click choose properties, select compatibility
select run as administrator at bottomof page save changes.
Reboot pc.
