Space Navigator Microsoft Word functionality... like Adobe

Post by dlandis »

Love the way I can move around in Adobe Reader .pdf documents using my Space Navigator... any chance that Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint will ever have similar functionality, Pan/Zoom, etc. OR... is there already a plugin that I haven't found yet?

Pre- Office 2007 there was an Office 2000-2003 addin
Made for Win XP.

If you still using the above you can download the addin by checking the archive box for driver downloads also select Spa\ceball 5000 for device othewrwise it wont be available.

If you want office 2007-2010 i would recommend you test out The Beta driver.

I can give that a shot...

I neglected to mention that I'm using Win7 64bit and Office 2010.

So far so good... The beta driver seems to be working in everything I need it too. Thanks for the suggestion.
