Need Moderator help for Unknown Device error

I have the same issue.

I have been in contact with the technical team on the phone and followed all recommended procedures, including all the advice on this forum. Nothing works.

I have a HP Core i7-2600, Win 7 Pro 64-bit, which will not recognise the device. Although when I install the device on another computer running Win Xp x32, It works fine.

Please could you send me the Firmware to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your response, but ....
As I have mentioned, 'I have been in contact with the technical team on the phone' twice. They have referred me to head office on both occasions as they have not been able to help me(although they accept that this is a known problem that they are aware of), and said that the head office would assist me but I have had no response. When I explained that I have read on this particular forum that the issue has been resolved for others by a firmware update issued by 'Barbara' They said I should ask for help on the forum as they are a different department!! Could someone from any department in 3dconnexion help me please.
