no Pop-Up menu

The Pop-Up menu doesn't Pop-Up any of my applications and I don't see it listed in the Button Configuration tab of the 3Dconnexion Properties dialog.
Driver version 4.31
Release version 3.15.2
Windows 7 64bit

Based on the description of your problem; I would like you try a clean install.

If this doesnt fix the issue .
Provide more details, application and version
Device your using.

Hi Fred,
I did the clean install, but the Popup Menu option still doesn't show up in the 3Dconnexion Properties Button Configuration tab for my applications. The applications I'm using are Rhino 3d and 3d Coat. I have a SpaceNavigator.

This is the driver I downloaded and installed: DxSoftware64_v3-15-2_r1219.exe

Here are the software versions I'm using:
Rhino 4 and Rhino 5
3D Coat 3.7
Windows 7 64bit Service Pack 1

The option for popup is only available for our add-ins we include with the driver.
Rhino and 3DCoat do not require an add-in from us.
Support was added natively in the application.
