Blue LED Ring is not working Space Pilot Pro

Hello all,

I have downloaded the latest release of the driver package, and the rest of the device is working perfectly.

However the LED ring will not illuminate.

Any thoughts on this?

Hi jcumblad -

Yes , there is an option for the LEDs in the 3Dconnexion Properties under Tools, Enable LEDs.

The default setting is for the LEDs to be on , so you will likely find the Enable LEDs option checked. To turn the LEDs back on, first remove the check mark then click on Enable LEDs again to re-check it.

Perfect, thank you!

That option already had a check by it, so i assumed it wasn't working.

I ended up toggling it on and off and again and it started working.

So thanks again for the quick response
