The buttons of the space mouse pro have seized up

Post by boumay »

Hello,
The buttons of this device are making me troubles from the very beginning of use.
Not all of them, some operate fine, but a major part of them are hard to press and have seized up even more with use.
Does someone has a tip to lubricate them without opening the device, or, is opening the device a difficult task? I really have difficulties to use this device now and it's making me wanting to abandon it.

Thank you

HI boumay,

What you describe shouldn't be happening, specially with such a recent device as the SpaceMouse Pro.

Have a word with our colleagues in tech support. Contact details are here. They should be able to sort this out for you.
