Left, Right button reset,auto.hide properties window at boot

Hello, am new and have 2 days the 3dx space navigator.
And i have a few annyoning problems with it. useing driver
version 3.15.3 03/30/2012.

My problem is that when am assigning other function to the bvuttons or remove the "3dx ware panel" (it interferes with my application)
it reverts back to default after every widnows restart.

Other problem thats very annyoning, with every reboot of windows 7 64bit.
the properties windows appear. you need to click it away every time. very very annyoning. Why cant the program not start-up silent and go sit as icon like it anyway is doing ?

But how can i avoid that the properties window appear when the driver starts ?

and how can i kepe the buttons stick at the settings i need ?

what application do you use?

Please try a full clean uninstall and re-installation of the driver as described here.

It seems right now it dont remeber any custom setting.

I use secondlife , singularity, blender.

but it just dont store the settings.
I go try a refresh install, offcorse i think its useless because it where a clean install already with no driver installed before.

Are you logged in as a standard user or as a user with administrator rights?

1. Im administrator.

2. It looks after i have saved the setting again back to my own 3dx configuration file (that where still stored on disk) better.
the properties screen seems not to pop up again at startup.

For now it looks like its working beter, but give me a
few days to know for sure. Anyway something weird with
that it not seems to save or read the config file always correct.
offcorse a reinstall fixt it + configuration save.

For now there's one thing that seems to fail. the properties window appears again after login to the windowsdesktop.

How can i keep the properties window hidden at startup ?
I dont like the useless extra mouseclicks to close it.

This is unusual behavior. You do not happen to have two entries for the driver start in your Startup folder?

I have only one entry in the startup folder.
Good point is the button settings keep stored.

But what i told above , when you login. the 3Dx config screen pops every time up on my desktop once after login. its not staying minimized in the taskbar.
