Add-in for Alias Studio 2009
I bought SpaceNavigator and installed it. I have some plug-ins about some apps. But I want to use it with Alias Studio 2009 but my 3DConnexion software does NOT include add-in. Can anyone help me?

Most all the applications that make use of our 3Dnavigation devices do not have a plug-in, do not require a plug-in. With all your applications closed, you simply install our Software Suite, 3DxSoftware. Our current release is 3.15.5. You may find it on our Driver Download Page under the Service Menu. Is your device working okay with our Jet Demo? (Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, Demos, Jet Demo.)

Thanks for the response. As you said I uninstalled the 3dxsoftware and reinstalled the latest version (3.15.5 release 1270) while all apps closed. As before, my spacenavigator worked properly with Autodesk 3dsmax (student version) but it didn't work with Alias Studio 2009. I tried all the demos including jet Demo and my device also worked well with all of them. But still I cannot use with Alias Studio.
By the way I both tried with standard privilages and administrator privilages at both side (3dx driver and Alias Studio) but no way about fixing the problem.
My system information:
Dell Precision M6600 Workstation
Nvidia Quadro 3000M
Intel Core i7 vPro

Sometimes the default speed in the 3Dconnexion software is too low to allow the application to recognize the Space Navigator.With Alias Studio open and in focus, open the 3Dconnexion Properties window and increase the speed slider.
If increasing the speed does not allow Alias Studio to recognize the Space Navigator, you would need to contact AutoDesk technical support. There may be settings or views in the application that are required for navigation with a 3d device. Since it is AutoDesk software rather than 3Dconnexion software that controls 3d devices in Alias Studio, AutoDesk technical support works with questions about using the Space Navigator inside Alias Studio.
