Can't get Navigator to work with Inventor 2013

I know I've had my Navigator working with my copy of Inventor, but this morning I start Inventor and my Navigator will not work.
I see that Inventor shows it listed in the "add-ins" box, and when I checked, the driver is running, but when I attempt to use the Navigator, it does nothing.
What do I need to change to get it working again?

What is operating system?

Does it work in the Jet Demo?
(Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, Demos, Jet Demo)

What release version of 3DxSoftware do you have installed?
(Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, 3Dconnexion Control Panel, Help Menu, About Item)

Sorry for not including that information in my first post.
I uninstalled the navigator software and reinstalled and
all is now fine in paradise.
Thank you for your help. I will be sure to include the information
in any future post.
