Rotation not working when 3D-modeling

Hi,

I'm using the Space Explorer for 3D-modeling, but lately the rotation function has not ben working. I can move the model up, down and sideways + zoom in and out, but not tilt and rotate it. It is only when I use the mouse in SoidWorks, when I test the mouse in the training software that came with the mouse, this functions works. Hope somebody can tell me what's wrong!

With Solidworks Open
Click the right mouse button this should open up the Solidworks addin popup menu
Make sure Rotate is enabled.
If Both rotate and Pan Zoom are checked.
You might also have a corrupted profile.
Close out of the popup menu

Next go to Start
All programs
3Dconnexion
3Dconnexion control panel
Once open Choose Option
Select Restore all defaults
