Unable to install Driver/Space Mouse Pro

I just got a Space Mouse Pro but i am unable to use it because the installer doesnt let me continue the instalation for some reason.
Please help

What error message do receive?
Are you installing on a personal computer or work computer?
The Spacemouse driver needs to be installed with an administrator account or it will get blocked from being installed.
What OS are you using?
Did you download the correct driver?

the error is "the feature you are trying to install is currently unavailable"

I tried "running as administrator" with no success altho there is only one accound which is mine, the administrator.
This is personal computer with windows 7 64bits with drivers downloaded accordingly.

ok so i tried again and it says Error: File
C:\Users\user\AppData\local\Temp\pft3f3f.tmp\components32shared\3DxCollage\3DxCollage.msi not found.
Terminating Insalation.
and then it uninstalls

Try clearing your temp folder then retry installing the 3dx driver.

1.Click on Start, type the following command in the Run ... menu option in XP or in Windows 7 in the Search box,and then hit Enter| OK .

This command will open the folder that Windows has designated as the Temporary folder. These are folders and files that Windows needed at one time but are no longer useful. Everything that Windows has saved in this folder is safe to delete.

2.To delete these items, hit your Delete key or click the Organize button on the toolbar menu and choose Select All, followed by the Delete option.

You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to Delete Multiple Items. Click on Yes to confirm.

Files from applications that are open cannot be deleted until the application is closed. If you have many temp files you may need to delete them in groups since the deletion stops when it encounters a file that cannot be deleted.

Note: If you're prompted that there are hidden files in this folder, you can click on OK to bypass the message. Having a few hidden files in the folder is normal.

Ok tried, exact same problem occured, instalation canceled

You can bypass the Windows installer - where the error is occurring - using the .MSI files contained in the 3DxSoftware download. You will need to extract the .MSI files with decompression software such as WinZip or 7Zip [ freeware].
3Dxsoftware64_v3-16-1_r1342.exe extracts to a file 3DxSoftware64.exe. Extract again for the component folders - Components64 and Components32Shared. The .MSI files are in sub-folders.You will need to install the .MSI for each component you want to use. The main 3dconnexion driver is the 3DxWare.msi.

Install 3dxWare.msi first, then you can add any other components or add-ins .

..\3DxSoftware64\components64\3DxWare\3dxWare.msi
