I'm a college student wanting to use my recently purchased SpaceMouse Pro Controller at school. The only problem is it's like most colleges where they don't allow you to install software onto the computers. Is there a way i cant use my external HD and bring in the settings that way?

I would recommend that you submit to your school's IT department to have them install our drivers on their machines.
Our latest release version is 3DxSoftware 3.16.1.
They may download it from our Driver Download Page under the Support Menu on www.3dconnexion.com.
Have them select a complete install and to have the drivers start automatically.
There may be other students needing this.
