Maya 2013 can't map "Dominant Axis" and "Translations"

The "Dominant Axis" and "Translations" buttons do not show up in the Button Mapping editor within Maya 2013 in the latest 3.16.1 driver... How can I map these buttons until this is fixed?

Actually I found another problem now. When I map something to the available "Rotations" button, it does not save that setting the next time I open Maya. And when I try to used it after mapping it, I get an error "line 0: Cannot find procedre "SiSyncFunction14".

exactly the same problem here..

win 7, 64bit, Maya 2013, Space Mouse Pro (release: 3.16.1, driver: 6.16.0, firmware: 4.34)
