3DxSrv.exe problem

I used SpaceNavigator (SN) for years without problem till few days ago. Sometimes SN had lost connection with my PC (Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit) but I solved the issue disconnecting SN from USB port, restarting and reconnecting it.
Last time this trick didn't work anymore, then I reinstalled driver after few failed attempts to repair and now when I try to start driver appears a message to search for 3DxSrv.exe that didn't find. Actually it is not in Computer -> (C:) -> Programs -> 3Dconnexion -> 3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware -> 3DxWare.
I tried also to add 3DxSrv.exe as exclusion in Avast and delete manually all old 3Dconnexion folders before last attempt to reinstall driver without success.

I hope someone can help me...^_^

While you can normally install the 3Dconnexion software over existing versions, there may be data corruption in a registry key or profile. To resolve this, follow the 'clean install' steps in the link below to return your device to its original behavior.

This is different than uninstalling/reinstalling the 3dconnexion software, since the 3Dconnexion registry keys and profiles are not removed in a standard re-install.The 'clean install' steps below remove all 3Dconnexion software - previous versions of our software, 3Dconnexion registry keys and custom profiles - then perform a new installation of the software.

one additional step before launching the driver.
Unplug the device hold down both buttons. Ehile holding down the buttons plug the device directly in a back port (they are closer the the mother board.) Wait 15 seconds release, now start the driver.
Go to Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, Driver Start driver
