New 3.17.3 driver works great!

I just installed '3DxSoftware64_v3-17-3_r1524' on 64-bit Windows 8 and it is working great with Sketchup Pro 2013

Thank you. We're sorry the software wasn't available before SketchUp 2013 came out. We expect to have the process improved when version 2014 is made available (we're in a bit of a crush, juggling several releases currently).

The expectation is that SU 2013 support for Mac will be made available with one or two weeks.

unfortunately, my SpaceNavigator doesn't work anymore since upgrading to SketchUp 2014, which seems to have a totally different plugin system.

Any news on when 3DxWare will become compatible, or is there a workaround?

Install the current driver If you are running 3.17.3 that driver does not include support for Sketchup 2014.

I had to do a two button reset (hold the two buttons and then plug it into an USB port) on the SpaceNavigator, since it behaved completely dead.

Now runs beautifully on Sketchup 2014 (however stupid as ever on Google Earth) viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2245&p=31500#p31280

I Just installed Sketchup 2014 on my co-workers computer, I also had to upgrade the driver to version 10 from version 3...

Now Sketchup 2014 only has limited advanced options for controlling the mouse, it's totally broken she can't use her mouse anymore like before.

How can I edit the profile or do something to get this going? Thanks in advance.

Ok I am responding to my own message as I determined the issue, I am not sure if this was a bug with the version I had,

Anyway on the Advanced configuration screen there is a tab at the top that says "Speed" it's greyed out and if you click on that it shows all the navigational controls and access to the axis and reverse features.

Thankfully that's what we were looking for but it was totally hard to see.
