Hello!
I'm having a bit of trouble using SpaceMouse Wireless with Solid Edge ST5. In 3D for some reason the center of rotation is always in the origin. I've turned on Rotaton Center- Auto and restarted Solid Edge but nothing changed. Any ideas?
Best regards,
SREI

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless and Solid Edge
Hello SREI -
With Rotation Center - Auto selected, the 3DxSolidEdge plugin calculates the center of volume as the model is moved onscreen.
To choose a new rotation center, disable Rotation Center - Auto. Once that is turned off, you can manually set the new point. Clicking the middle mouse button of a standard mouse on a vertex defines it as a rotation point or axis; clicking in empty space clears the previous point. 'Select rotation point' can also be mapped to a button.
If you have the option 'Keep in View', you may want to turn that off also. When Keep in View is enabled, it does not allow the rotation point to move away from view when panning or zooming out. [Add-Ins| 3Dcontrol| Properties - Keep in View]
