Good day, everyone!
I have just become a happy user of Spacemouse Pro, but have faced several issues concerning NX 8.5.
In particular, it started opening with the following error:
Broadcast Window: ugraf.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point ?JAM_register_tag_event_handler@@YAHW$TAG_event_mask_t@@P6AXW$TAG_event_t@@IPEAX@Z2PEAH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Siemens\NX 8.5\UGII\libnxopencpp.dll
It doesn't appear to change anything, but 3Dconnexion buttons don't work. They are not greyed out, and ugii_env.dat seems to be correct, but when I press "Customize Buttons..." it says that no commands are bound to this button.
What could cause this problem?
Windows 8.1, NX 8.5, 3Dconnexion: Release ver. 3.17.8, Driver ver. 6.17.8, Firmware ver. 4.35, SpaceMouse Pro

Re: Spacemouse Pro causes error in NX 8.5
Please check if you are using the default ugii_env.dat file (usually located in the folder 'UGII' of your installation folder of NX). If you have your own file you have to add this line:
UGII_3DCONNEXION_LIBRARY=${UGII_BASE_DIR}\ugalliance\vendor\startup\3dxnx.dll
to the file.
UGII_3DCONNEXION_LIBRARY=${UGII_BASE_DIR}\ugalliance\vendor\startup\3dxnx.dll
to the file.

Hello, Fred.
Thank you for your answer.
Yes, after I installed 3Dconnexion software, the line
UGII_3DCONNEXION_LIBRARY=${UGII_BASE_DIR}\ugalliance\vendor\startup\3dxnx.dll
has appeared in ugii_env.dat. I have read answers to similar questions on the forum, which are unfortunately quite old and didn't help.

Hi levlevin,
please check if the file ugii_ev.dat is the one that your NX installation uses. I recommend to look in the log file (Help -> Logfile) and search for the name of the file or the environment variable UGII_ENV_FILE.
