3DxWave 10: Properties wont launch ?

I removed old version first and then Installed 3DxWave 10, did a restart, the 3dxwave wont laucn, then i remove the 10 and reinstalled again, it still wont run. So I tried on other client PCs, same issue.....what is going on? I check the windows log, there is nothing. but [3DxService.log] file under [AppData\Roaming\3Dconnexion\3DxWare] shows lot of :

Is this the cause? and how to fix this?

Sorry, I mean the Properties wont run. When I launch NX8.5 , try to run it from inside of NX, it also wont run......

Hello roberty -

When you are not able to open 3Dconnexion Properties, it means the device is not being recognized. First, make sure the PC was restarted after installing the driver. Even when the installer does not prompt for restart it can sometimes be needed.

If your device is a Space Navigator , try restarting it with both buttons held down. Unplug the Space Navigator and hold down both of its buttons while plugging it into the USB port. Continue to hold the buttons for 10 seconds - the device should be recognized during this time - then release the buttons.

If that does not correct the problem and you are using an older Space Navigator , return the the older driver - 3DxSoftware Release 3.17.8. Choose 'Also show archived software' on our downloads page to display the previous driver.

Unplug the Space Navigator and uninstall the 3Dxware driver. Check that the 3Dconnexion folder is removed from C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86). Restart the PC , plug the Space Navigator back in and install 3DxSoftware Release 3.17.8.

You can use the Jet Demo [Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, Demo- Jet Demo] or the 3DMouse Home - Viewer to check that your device is working outside of your applications before starting NX.
