SpaceMouse Wireless and Tekla

The SpaceMouse Wireless does not seem to be recognized by Tekla Structures in versions 19.1 or 20.0. Is there a workaround or a fix out for it?
I have been on the Tekla Forums as well looking for an answer and have posted the same question.

Hi Canuck,

the problem is that Tekla doesn't know about this new device. When the support for the 3D mouse was implemented in Tekla the SpaceMouse Wireless hadn't been released. Tekla doesn't make use of our driver and therefore can only support those devices that they know about. Since we have released two new devices Tekla has to update their interface to address those new devices, too. See as well this post from Tekla.

Please address the issue directly to their support team. Only Tekla can improve this. Let us know what you achieve. Thanks.

Thanks for the update, at least that lets me know the path to take.
